YouTube Batch Uploader (“the App”) is an internal tool provided by Noctua Games for its creative team to batch-upload, review, and publish videos to the team’s own YouTube channels. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Who can use the App

Access is limited to individuals explicitly invited by an administrator or a channel manager. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared. Access may be revoked at any time, for any reason, including when someone leaves the team.

Acceptable use

Only upload content you have the rights to publish on the linked YouTube channel(s).
Do not use the App to upload content that violates YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
Do not attempt to access channels, batches, or accounts you have not been granted access to.
Do not use the App to circumvent YouTube’s API quota, rate limits, or other platform policies.

Content responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and video content you submit. Uploads go through a review/approval step before publishing, but final responsibility for published content rests with the uploader and the approving reviewer.

Availability

The App is provided on an as-is, best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. YouTube API quotas may delay uploads; scheduled or queued videos will resume automatically once quota is available.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the App evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
